Yang (Beth) Bai is senior counsel and a notary public at Jade Sunrise Law. She graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2015 and has practised as a civil litigator in Alberta as well as corporate in-house counsel in Ontario. Yang is a member of the Alberta bar and a notary public in both Alberta and Ontario, with a broad litigation practice spanning general civil litigation, family, administrative and regulatory, and employment disputes before the Alberta Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She also practises corporate and business law, franchise law, and wills and estate planning, and is fluent in Mandarin with proficient written Chinese.
