Sarah Molyneaux practises employment, labour, human rights and education law in Hamilton and across southwestern Ontario. Her work focuses on women's and feminist legal issues, including pay and promotion discrimination, dismissal during pregnancy or maternity leave, and workplace sexual harassment, and she also represents gender-queer and non-binary clients. She has appeared in labour arbitrations and before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board and other tribunals, as well as in judicial reviews before the Divisional Court and Federal Court. Before founding her own practice in 2018, she worked at a union-side labour boutique in Toronto after articling at another union-side firm, and joined McMahon Molyneaux Henriquez Labour & Employment Lawyers in 2020. Molyneaux completed an honours degree in political science and development studies at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia before earning her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
