David earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1985 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1987, becoming a partner at the firm in 1992. He practises in land development, real estate, and business law. He's a past president of the Hamilton Law Association and received its Distinguished Solicitor Award in 2023.
