Called to the bar in 2019, Geoff worked at a well-known union-side labour firm in Toronto before joining McMahon Molyneaux Henriquez in 2025. He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he volunteered with legal clinics including the Income Security Advocacy Centre.
