Sarah's practice centers on municipal litigation, covering municipal law, land-use planning, development, administrative matters and expropriation. She regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and at every level of court in Ontario, representing municipalities, private landowners and developers on disputes ranging from official plan and zoning amendments to development charge disagreements and expropriation claims.
