Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionSarah's practice centers on municipal litigation, covering municipal law, land-use planning, development, administrative matters and expropriation. She regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and at every level of court in Ontario, representing municipalities, private landowners and developers on disputes ranging from official plan and zoning amendments to development charge disagreements and expropriation claims. She earned her law degree at the University of Ottawa and was called to the bar in 2013. Sarah chaired the Ontario Bar Association's Municipal Section for the 2023-2024 term and has taught a course at Georgian College. Before law school, she worked at a community legal clinic representing individuals in appeals before the Social Benefits Tribunal.
