About Mark
Mark Ruffolo is a criminal defence lawyer at Pace Law Firm who has appeared before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act matters. He was called to the Ontario bar in January of 2020 and is a rostered member of Legal Aid Ontario, a member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association, and a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Mark also assists foreign nationals and permanent residents detained by the Canada Border Services Agency, representing them at detention hearings and reviews before the Immigration Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board. He practices out of the firm's Toronto office.
