About Andra

Andra Jejeran is an associate at Barriston, practising primarily in corporate law, real estate, and wills and estates. She joined the firm in the spring of 2025 after working at a national business law firm as a Corporate and Regulatory Associate within its Health Industry Group, where she focused on corporate structuring, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance for healthcare organizations and regulated professionals. Before entering law, Andra spent nearly ten years at The Hospital for Sick Children, first as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric ICU and later as a Senior Digital Strategist leading hospital-wide technology initiatives. She holds an MBA in Management of Technology and Innovation, which she draws on when helping clients navigate complex legal and business issues.
