About Sarah
Sarah Gulas is an associate at Sullivan Festeryga who was called to the bar in 2021 and practices family law exclusively. She handles matters such as separations and divorces, parenting arrangements, support issues, and adoptions, and clients know her as a compassionate, driven advocate. Sarah completed her articles at the firm and gained early experience in civil litigation, estates, personal injury, and real estate before moving into family law full time at a local boutique firm, where she worked on complex, high-conflict cases. She later returned to Sullivan Festeryga to continue building her family law practice. Sarah earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Windsor Law School, where she represented clients through the Community Legal Aid Clinic and spent a semester at the Legal Assistance of Windsor clinic. Before law school, she completed a Master's in Resource and Environmental Management at Dalhousie University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at McMaster University, and her research has appeared in the Journal of Marine Policy and the Journal of Animal Behaviour.
