About Sarah

Sarah Coderre is a partner and co-founder of Bow River Law LLP, focusing on employment law, human rights, and labour law. She represents individual employees in wrongful and constructive dismissal, harassment, and workplace investigation matters, and has represented employees, students, and members of the public before the Alberta Human Rights Commission and Tribunal. She was born and raised in Fort McMurray and worked as a summer student in the oilsands industry while completing her undergraduate degree. She has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, and serves on the Canadian Bar Association Alberta Branch board of directors.
