About Duncan
Duncan Milne is an employment lawyer at Bow River Law LLP, originally called to the Alberta bar in 2008, with additional admission to the law societies of New South Wales, Australia and New Zealand. He practiced in-house and for administrative bodies in Alberta before returning to private litigation, focusing on employment law, labour law, and human rights disputes before all levels of Alberta court. Prior to law school he operated a regulatory consultancy and appeared as an expert witness before the Alberta energy regulator, and he graduated from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law in 2007.
