Bow River Law LLP is a boutique employment and labour law firm based in Calgary, Alberta, founded in 2021 by Joel Fairbrother and Sarah Coderre. The firm represents employees and, at times, employers in matters involving wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, discrimination, and human rights complaints across Alberta. It has grown from its two founding lawyers to a team of employment lawyers and legal assistants and offers a range of billing arrangements, including contingency fees in some cases.
