About Sarah

Sarah Chetney is a general civil litigation associate at NST. Before law school, she owned and operated a small contracting company and an e-commerce business. She clerked for Justices Harvey Groberman and Janet Winteringham at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. Chetney holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2024) and a B.A. in English with Distinction from the University of Alberta, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2025. She received law school awards in legal writing, criminal law, and overall academic achievement, and was a finalist in the 2023 Gale Cup Moot. She volunteers with the Pacific Spirit Park Society.
