About Sarah
Sarah Al Rubaie is an associate lawyer at Smitiuch Injury Law, working directly for the firm's principal, Michael Smitiuch, on personal injury matters. She articled with the firm and was called to the bar on June 26, 2025. While studying law at Queen's University, she spent two semesters as a litigation student caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid, handling Landlord and Tenant Board, Provincial Offences Act and criminal matters, and has appeared on criminal matters at the Ontario Court of Justice. Before law school she worked as a legal assistant at a boutique Toronto real estate firm and served as Vice President of Marketing for the Schulich Business Law Association and York Business Technology Association. Sarah earned her J.D. from Queen's University (2024) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business (2021). She serves clients in Toronto, Brantford, Simcoe and across the GTA.
