Michael Smitiuch

Mike founded Smitiuch Injury Law in 2001 and handles injury and death lawsuits, including car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall incidents, product liability, and medical malpractice. He has secured several notable trial verdicts, including a $6 million settlement for a quadriplegic car accident victim and the first punitive damages award in Canada against a nursing home. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1998.
