About Paul
Paul Sadler is a corporate transactions associate at Dale and Lessmann LLP. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant, having earned that CPA, CA designation in 2016 while working in Deloitte's Financial Institutions audit group in Toronto, largely on the audits of SEC registrants. Before that, he completed a four-month investment banking internship at Enclave Capital in New York and researched equity opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa for African Sunrise Partners. Paul earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University in 2013 and later graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2022. He first joined the firm as a summer student in 2021, came back to article there in 2022, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. He now works with the firm's renewable energy and cannabis practice groups.
