About Tim
Tim Daly is an associate lawyer at Smitiuch Injury Law who works closely with the firm's principal, Michael Smitiuch, on personal injury files. He articled with the firm before being called to the bar in June 2022. His practice covers personal injury, disability insurance and wrongful death litigation, and his work is devoted entirely to litigation. He completed his J.D. at Western University in 2021 and holds a B.A. in political science from McMaster University. During law school he was a case manager with the Sports Solution Clinic, supporting caseworkers, conducting research and drafting athletic agreements, and he served two terms as Vice President of Student Affairs with the Student Legal Society. He serves clients in Toronto, Brantford, Simcoe and the surrounding GTA.
