About Sara

Sara Mosadeq is a litigator on RAR's Commercial Group who handles complex, high-stakes disputes for developers and privately held corporations. She has acted for developers on claims arising from multi-residential projects and represents companies in contractual, shareholder, and debtor-creditor disputes. Sara has argued motions and applications and conducted trials, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and a B.A. from York University in 2009, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015. She practices in English and Farsi and focuses on commercial litigation, mortgage enforcement, and real estate litigation.
