About Frank

Frank Burns is a litigator whose personal injury, commercial, and family law litigation practice spans more than three decades. He practised with Harvey Bliss, Q.C. at Bliss & Associates from 1978 to 1995, concentrating on commercial and family law disputes, before becoming senior trial counsel at Levinter & Levinter in December 2000. His case results include an award of nearly $2,000,000 in Gelle v Kacaba et al, a $1,000,000 wrongful dismissal settlement, and a recovery of nearly four million dollars on behalf of a hospitality student who lacked OHIP coverage while studying in Toronto. He now concentrates on complex personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, along with accident and disability benefits claims and slip and fall matters, acting for plaintiffs in these disputes.
