About Frank
Frank Burns is a litigator whose personal injury, commercial, and family law litigation practice spans more than three decades. He practised with Harvey Bliss, Q.C. at Bliss & Associates from 1978 to 1995, concentrating on commercial and family law disputes, before becoming senior trial counsel at Levinter & Levinter in December 2000. His case results include an award of nearly $2,000,000 in Gelle v Kacaba et al, a $1,000,000 wrongful dismissal settlement, and a recovery of nearly four million dollars on behalf of a hospitality student who lacked OHIP coverage while studying in Toronto.
