Sandra Raath practices corporate and commercial law, focusing on incorporations, business purchases and sales, equity financing, general corporate matters, and real estate transactions. She previously worked at a large national firm in Vancouver, where she specialized in securities law and regulation, including public and private equity financings, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. She frequently represents buyers and sellers of medical and dental practices and works with physicians, dentists, optometrists, and chiropractors. She has been a guest lecturer for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC, a contributing author to practice manuals, and has taught business law at Royal Roads University, and she is a past president and board chair of Habitat for Humanity Victoria. A Victoria native, she now practices as a Director at Pearlman Lindholm.
