About Tiziana

Tiziana Aiello is a Montreal immigration lawyer who practises exclusively in Canadian citizenship and immigration law, with over ten years of experience at the time her bio was written. She graduated from the National Program at the University of Ottawa, receiving both Common Law and Civil Law degrees, and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1998. She became a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002. She represents clients in Canadian immigration and citizenship matters, including work permits, family sponsorships and study permits, and appears before all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board on refugee hearings, sponsorship appeals and detention reviews.
