About Samuel
Samuel Rabinovitch handles estate litigation matters at Bales Beall, including will challenges, dependent relief claims, guardianship applications, and power of attorney disputes. Before law school he studied history and economics at McGill University, graduating in 2020. He earned his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper, Obiter Dicta. Samuel articled at an estate litigation firm in downtown Toronto and was called to the bar in June 2024. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Advocates' Society.
