About Samuel
Samuel Mosonyi is an associate whose litigation practice centres on complex real estate and commercial disputes, wills and estates litigation, and employment law, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. His court work spans every tier of the province's justice system, up to and including the Court of Appeal, and he is frequently retained for matters involving intricate legal issues and dense factual records. Before joining the firm, Samuel clerked at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, assisting judges with legal research and drafting decisions. His academic writing has appeared in peer-reviewed journals as well as national and local newspapers, and his research has been cited by the Alberta Court of Appeal and by government commissions. Samuel holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, where he studied as a Gates Scholar, and a B.A. from the University of Guelph. He is fluent in Hungarian.
