About Gary

Gary Fung's practice centers on commercial transactions, including business mergers and acquisitions, and on organizing and reorganizing business structures and commercial property matters, covering purchases, sales, financing and commercial leasing. Gary also advises business owners and individuals on contracts, employment matters, wills and powers of attorney, and helps clients navigate the purchase and sale of residential and recreational properties. Gary holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor and a B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto, and is admitted to practice in Ontario.
