About Karen

Karen Sargeant is Fasken's Regional Managing Partner for Ontario, leading the Toronto and Ottawa offices, and has advised employers on workplace problems for more than 25 years. She is co-leader of Fasken's national Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group and holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and a B.Comm from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1996 and Ontario in 1997.
