About Sam
Sam Zargami handles general litigation at Wray James LLP, with matters covering commercial, construction, administrative, and employment disputes. Before joining the firm in 2024, he articled at a securities litigation firm on complex, high-profile disputes, worked in the privacy law division of the Department of Justice, and served as a caseworker at the Queen's Business Law Clinic. In law school he was an editor of the Queen's Law Journal and the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration, and he regularly publishes in Law360 Canada and Canadian Lawyer Magazine. He has also worked in teaching, business development, life sciences research, construction management, and real estate. He earned his J.D. from Queen's University Faculty of Law in 2023, was called to the Ontario bar in 2024, and is fluent in English and Farsi.
