Lindsay Balson is a partner in Toronto whose practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity and pension fund investments. She advises clients on complex corporate transactions including strategic mergers, divestitures and cross-border transactions and routinely advises pension funds and institutional investors on private equity, infrastructure and real estate investments.
