About Sharaf

Sharaf Sultan is the founding lawyer of Sultan Lawyers, focusing his practice on employment law and workplace immigration. He has extensive experience in wrongful dismissal, workplace policy design, and human rights matters, and advises both large and small employers on hiring, termination, and employment contracts. He also advises employers on immigration matters connected to relocating or hiring foreign workers, including business visitor visas, intra-company transfers, and Labour Market Impact Assessment applications. Sharaf writes and speaks regularly on employment and immigration law and teaches as an adjunct professor in the field. Before founding the firm, he was a lawyer in Heenan Blaikie LLP's labour and employment group.
