About Sally

Sally Adaeze Osuji is an Associate at Osuji & Smith, working across the firm's family law and corporate and commercial practice groups. Sally obtained a law degree in 2014 and practised as a corporate lawyer in Nigeria before immigrating to Canada to complete a Master of Laws at the University of Calgary. Sally was called to the Alberta Bar in August 2023 and previously articled and worked at VanderLeek Law, practised corporate and commercial law at Kenna Partners, worked as a legal assistant with Alberta Justice and Solicitor General, and served as a graduate mentor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. Sally's practice covers family law and family litigation, corporate and commercial law and litigation, transactional matters, surrogate court litigation, and wills and estates.
