About Vik

Vik Mall practices employment and commercial litigation, advising on constructive and wrongful dismissal claims, workplace investigations, human rights complaints, privacy matters, and occupational health and safety issues, and helps employers develop employment agreements and policies. His commercial litigation work covers breach of contract disputes, real estate disagreements, business and shareholder conflicts, and construction matters, and he has appeared before all levels of the Alberta courts and the Federal Court of Canada in trial, appellate, and arbitral proceedings. He volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta and Mount Royal University's Harry Schaefer Mentorship Program.
