About Sahil
Sahil is an associate advising start-ups and high-growth companies throughout their business life cycle. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate formation, and general corporate and securities matters. He has been seconded both to Shopify Ventures as in-house counsel and to Osler's New York office. Sahil holds a combined J.D./M.B.A. from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business.
