About Johnson

Johnson Babalola is the Group Managing Partner of Topmarke Attorneys LLP and a Certified Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law and Refugee Protection, with over 30 years in legal, business, and corporate training work. His practice covers Canadian citizenship and immigration matters, workplace investigations, and management training. He had already been a sole practitioner and law firm partner before joining two colleagues to found Topmarke in 2016, and previously worked as an immigration consultant and co-founded the firm of Babalola, Odeleye. He has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada and various tribunals, edited an immigration-focused publication, and travels regularly to deliver training seminars. He belongs to the Ontario and Nigerian bars and mentors young and internationally trained lawyers.
