About Sacha

Sacha Morisset practises labour and employment law in Atlantic Canada, advising employers on arbitration proceedings, human rights, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety, professional discipline, commercial disputes and collective bargaining. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2025. Morisset regularly serves as a labour arbitrator in both the public and private sectors, and also serves as an ad hoc Registrar of Complaints to the Law Society of New Brunswick. His practice is conducted in both English and French. He earned his LL.B. from Université de Moncton in 2000 and a B.Ps. from the same university in 1997.
