About Ryan

Ryan Walia grew up in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and studied criminology at Simon Fraser University before completing his law degree at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016. His practice focuses on personal injury claims, criminal defence, and civil litigation, and he also has experience in wills and probate, real estate conveyancing, and corporate matters. Before practising law, he worked as a security officer at Surrey Memorial Hospital and served as an Army Cadet. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta.
