About Sarah

Sarah MacDonald joined Meridian Law Group in May 2024 as an articled student and was called to the bar in 2025. She practises general civil litigation, including insurance law, personal injury, commercial litigation, property matters, and estate litigation, and has represented clients before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Sarah graduated with an Honours Specialization in International Relations from Western University in 2021, studying abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and earned her JD at the Allard School of Law at UBC, where she held leadership roles with the Law Students' Society, the Animal Justice Club, and the Allard Law Women's Caucus. She received the 2023 Marlee G. Kline Essay Prize and represented Allard at the 2024 BC Law Schools Competitive Moot.
