About Elliot
Elliot Holden attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2011, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2012. He advises clients on corporate and commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, commercial leasing and financings, and has experience structuring ownership vehicles for real estate development projects, including joint venture and limited partnership agreements. His corporate practice includes incorporating and reorganizing private companies and drafting commercial contracts such as shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and directors' resolutions, and he also handles a litigation practice focused on debt collection and foreclosure matters.
