About Ryan

Ryan C. Robertson is a founding partner of Robertson LLP, which he helped establish in 2012. His practice focuses on commercial real estate, leasing, corporate law, and banking and financial services, including purchase and sale transactions, financing, property management, real estate syndication, land development, and construction law. He began his career at Bennett Jones as associate counsel in commercial real estate before holding general counsel and in-house counsel roles with several REITs and working in the Caribbean. He was also a partner at a mid-sized full-service corporate law firm in Calgary before founding Robertson LLP. He was recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for 2025 and 2026 in commercial leasing law and real estate law.
