About Blake
Blake Nichol has practiced law in Calgary since 1998. His early practice included general litigation, debt collection, corporate and commercial matters, real estate, dispute resolution, and wills and estates. In 2003 he started his own practice with a primary focus on real estate and small business law, and he has personally represented clients in more than twenty thousand residential real estate transactions as well as hundreds of Alberta corporations in small business matters. He earned a B.A. from the University of Calgary in 1995 and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1998, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1999. He's a member of the Canadian Bar Association, has presented to realtors and mortgage brokers on residential real estate issues, and has volunteered as an instructor teaching courses on buying and selling houses and condominiums.
