About Richard

Richard Prepolec is a lawyer at Robertson LLP practicing in corporate and real estate law. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2021, completed his articles in corporate law advising on employment and transaction negotiations and takeovers, and was called to the bar in 2022. He previously practiced residential real estate and corporate law at a boutique firm. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese from the University of Calgary in 2016 and holds a Korean Language Studies Certificate from Chungbuk National University in Cheongju, South Korea. He is proficient in Korean and Mandarin and won the 2015 Alberta Mandarin speech competition, later placing in the top 50 in the world finals representing Canada.
