About Robert

Robert Curtis is Counsel to the Firm at Epstein & Associates, working out of the Newmarket office, though he is currently on leave. His practice focuses on estate litigation, general civil litigation, personal injury law, and insurance disputes. He was called to the bar in 2010. He articled and practiced at a firm in Waterloo, where he also prosecuted provincial offences for the City of Waterloo and surrounding municipalities, before working at two firms focused on personal injury and disability claims and later opening his own general litigation practice. He joined the firm in 2022 and serves clients in Newmarket, Richmond Hill, and Aurora. He speaks English.
