Russell Mann's insurance litigation practice covers bodily injury, property, cybersecurity coverage and defence, coverage disputes and professional negligence claims. Mann has trial and appeal experience at the Alberta Court of Justice and has successfully contested Court of King's Bench applications in both Alberta and Yukon. Russell was called to the Alberta bar in 2016, is admitted to the Law Society of Yukon, and completed a Certificate in Privacy Law and Cybersecurity at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2026.
