About Brian

Brian Murnaghan practices civil and commercial litigation in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario, with primary practice areas of professional liability, general commercial litigation, property damage, construction and product liability, and coverage opinions. He has trial experience before the Alberta Court of King's Bench and Court of Justice and has represented clients on appeals to the Court of Appeal of Alberta and the Supreme Court of Canada. Brian was called to the Ontario bar in 2012 and the Alberta bar in 2018, and previously served as Commission Counsel to the Military Police Complaints Commission from 2012 to 2014.
