About Galan

Galan Lund practices civil litigation in Alberta and neighbouring provinces, focusing on insurance coverage disputes and tort claims involving property damage, fire losses, construction, product liability and professional liability, including defence of industrial inspectors, brokers, financial planners, pharmacists, architects, engineers and design professionals. He has conducted trials in the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Alberta Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has been appointed Umpire under the Alberta Insurance Dispute Resolution Process. Galan was called to the Alberta bar in 1993, is also admitted in British Columbia, and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for Insurance Law.
