About Rose

Rose Klug is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2025. She earned her law degree from Dalhousie University, where she served as President of the Dalhousie Law Wellness Society and completed a semester abroad at the University of Barcelona, after obtaining a degree in Environmental Sustainability from Acadia University. As a member of the firm's Business Law Group, Rose advises clients on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing, contract review, securities, and strategies to support business growth.
