About Daniel

Daniel Oulton practices agricultural law and family business law at Burchell MacDougall's Wolfville office in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. Raised in a farming family, he studied Environmental Biology at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College before earning his law degree at Dalhousie University, and draws on his own experience as a farm and garden centre owner. He was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2026 for Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
