About Mary

Mary Jane has practised law for over three decades, self-employed since 1984, and describes herself as a general practitioner with a broad skill set spanning basic wills to complex litigation. Her practice grew from property transactions, simple divorces and estate work into a litigation practice covering contract disputes, property disputes including title claims, complex family cases, personal injury, and securities negligence and fraud, with experience at both the trial and appellate level. She founded MDW Law's predecessor, McGinty Law, in 2008 and remained with the firm as counsel after selling it to Angela Walker in 2013.
