About Rosalie
Rosalie Springer advises employers on performance management, discipline, and terminations, and prepares and negotiates employment agreements and workplace policies. Her practice covers employment and human rights litigation, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, severance negotiations, and workplace investigations, with cases heard at the Ontario Small Claims Court and Superior Court of Justice. She previously sat on a local board of trade's Human Resources Committee, advising member businesses on labour and employment issues.
