Abigail focuses her practice on human rights complaints, workplace investigations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, along with employment law and workplace culture assessments. She holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Media, Information, and Techno-culture from Western University and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. She authored an article in the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal examining how Ontario's human rights protections leave people with police records excluded from housing, employment, and community life, and arguing for expanded Code protections. Before law school, she studied journalism and the cultural effects of new technology, which fed her interest in how legal rules shape people's lives. She's a long-distance runner who has completed several marathons.
