About Franca

Franca Fargione combines a legal background with HR expertise, training leaders and HR professionals on how to conduct workplace investigations and deliver respect-in-the-workplace and sensitivity training. Her advisory work also covers HR matters such as performance management, discipline, and termination, and she helps organizations build psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces. Franca was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 and later earned her CHRL designation through the Human Resources Professionals Association in 2018. She holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, a BA in sociology and political science from the University of Toronto, and a certificate in human resources management from Sheridan College. Over her career she has held roles as a director of investigations, an HR business partner, and in-house counsel across a range of industries.
