Christine O'Donohue is a litigation partner and workplace investigator whose practice spans employment law, executive compensation, privacy, and injunctions against unlawful picketing. She advises HR teams across many industries, offering proactive risk-mitigation advice and helping resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration. Her work includes drafting employment contracts, managing disciplinary matters, handling disability claims, and building policies aimed at avoiding litigation. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1993 after earning her B.A. in political science and her LL.B. from Queen's University. Christine has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for labour and employment law from 2014 through 2025 and by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for employment law. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and has presented at Osgoode's Certificate in Workplace Mental Health Law program.
