About Ron

Ron Bozzer practises general business and corporate law at DuMoulin Boskovich, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, banking and financing transactions, and captive insurance, having organized over nine captives in British Columbia. Bozzer has practised law since 1975 and has advised on infrastructure projects in developing and emerging markets, including power, hospital, airport, and housing projects. Ron is a former Chair of Advantage BC (the British Columbia International Financial Centre) and Honorary Consul of Luxembourg for British Columbia. Bozzer holds a B.A. (Honours Economics) and an LL.B., both from UBC, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1975.
